Job DescriptionEstelar Cosmetics is a rapid-growing DTC beauty brand focused on creating high-quality, accessible cosmetics and skincare products. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands performance marketing, not just aesthetics.
NYou will work closely with the marketing team to create high-performing creatives for Meta Ads and social media, across both static and video formats.
The Role NAs a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating marketing ideas, product benefits and campaign concepts into scroll-stopping visual creatives that drive attention, engagement and conversions.
NThis is a hands-on role for someone who understands the visual language of DTC, beauty, cosmetics and skincare brands and can create content that looks premium while still being performance-focused.
Key Responsibilities Meta Ads & Performance Creatives N

- Design high-converting static creatives for Meta Ads. N
- Create multiple creative variations based on different hooks, angles, offers and concepts. N
- Adapt winning creativesinto new formats and variations. N




- Work with the performance marketing team to understand what is working and continuously improve creatives. N
- Design product-focused,offer-led, UGC-style, testimonial, problem-solution and educational creatives. N
- Create creatives in multiple formats including 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16. N

Social Media Creativesn

- Design Instagram posts,carousels, stories and other social media assets. N
- Develop visually engaging content aligned with Estelar's brand identity. N
- Create campaign creatives for launches, offers, festivals and product promotions. N
- Maintain consistency across all brand communication. N

Video & Motion Contentn

- Edit short-form videos and Reels for Meta and Instagram. N
- Create performance-oriented video ads using product footage, UGC, stock footage, text, motion graphics and existing assets. N
