nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer engagement, documentation, collections follow-ups, registration processes, and coordination with internal teams and site personnel. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and coordination skills, along with good knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.

- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for timely collection of payments and required documentation.n
- Follow up with customers and relevant teams to ensure timely payment collections.n
- Manage and ensure 100% compliance with KYC and customer documentation requirements.n
- Follow up with customers through reminder letters, verbal communication, emails, and other appropriate channels for pending payments.n
- Coordinate and facilitate the timely execution of agreements and property registration processes.n
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.n
- Prepare and maintain reports related to collections, documentation, KYC, registration, and customer status.n
- Coordinate with site personnel and internal teams regarding material, labour, construction-related updates, and project requirements.n
