NSummary: To provide interpreting services via telephone, in person and/or video relay to our customers and their clients by performing the following duties.
NEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Fluency in the languages to be interpreted. N
- To facilitate understanding in communication by faithfully interpreting, into the target language, everything being said without adding, omitting or changing anything. N
- To maintain impartiality and show no bias or preference toward either party while interpreting. N
- To interpret in the first form at all times;
clarify when necessary (informing both parties) and maintain the highest level of confidentiality as well as abide by code of ethics for interpreters. N
- To be aware of his/her own culture and other cultures encountered in their duties and explaining any cultural differences when appropriate. N
- To preserve the highestlevel of proficiency by,



continuing to improve his/her interpreting skills and ethical performance. N
- Must demonstrate the highest level of customer service towards our clients and theirs, at all times. N
- Perform all office functions and other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested N

nEducation & Experience:
NB.Com graduation with 2+ years of Italian interpretation experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
NLanguage Skill:
NAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write straightforward correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
NReasoning Ability:
NAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete varia
