nCybertech is hiring a Social Media & Creative Manager to join our Marketing team.
nWe're looking for a hands-on social media and creative professional who can own our organic social presence end-to-end and produce the visual content that powers it. This role is ideal for someone who combines social media strategy with strong design and video-making skills, and understands how creative content drives brand visibility and audience engagement.
nYou will work closely with our content writing team, they handle the copy, and you bring it to life through design, video, and solid social execution. This is a maker role: you will plan the content calendar and create the graphics and videos that go out across our channels.
nYou will also help raise the creative bar across the team by shaping visual direction, producing high-quality assets,



and improving how social content is developed and executed.

- Own the organic social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and others relevant to our brand)n
- Plan and maintain the content calendar in coordination with the content writing teamn
- Design graphics, carousels, and static creatives in Canva (and/or Adobe tools)n
- Shoot, edit, and produce a range of videos — short-form (Reels, Shorts, stories), product and demo videos, explainers, and promotional clips — including editing, captions, and trending formatsn
- Translate copy provided by the content team into scroll-stopping visual postsn
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments and DMs and building audience relationshipsn
