About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and well-connected Freelance Business Development Manager to develop new corporate clients and generate business opportunities for our HR services. The person will be responsible for identifying companies, connecting with CXOs, HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Heads and Plant/Corporate HR, understanding their requirements and converting opportunities into business. The role will cover Recruitment, Executive Search, HR Projects, HR Consulting, HRMS/HR Analytics, PMS, Training, Campus Hiring and Contract/Staffing Solutions.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current corporate clients across India.
- Generate qualified leads through personal networks, LinkedIn, references, databases, industry associations and direct outreach.




- Connect with HR Heads, CHROs, CXOs, Directors, Founders and Business Heads.
- Understand client manpower and HR requirements and coordinate with the internal team for solution development.
