About the Role NBuildAmbit is looking foran Inside Sales Intern to join our Sales team for a 6-month internship. The role will primarily focus on pre-sales enablement, lead engagement, prospect qualification, and supporting the sales team in converting prospective learners into customers.
NThis is a hands-on role for someone who is confident, energetic, communication-oriented, and interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities N

- Support the Salesteam in pre-sales activities and lead management. N
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. N
- Understand learner requirements and provide relevant information about BuildAmbit programs. N
- Qualify leads based on interest, requirements, eligibility, and intent. N




- Schedule counselling calls and demos with the appropriate Sales/Business Development Manager. N
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales funnel. N
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity updates in the CRM. N
- Support the team with lead nurturing and reactivation of existing leads. N
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion. N
- Track daily activities,follow-ups, and pre-sales metrics. N
- Assist in identifying common objections and learner concerns to improve the pre-sales process. N

- Graduate in any discipline;
B.Com / BBA / B.Com (Hons.) preferred. N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. N
- Confident and comfortable speaking with prospective customers. N
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. N
- Valuable understanding of basic sales concepts.
