nAs the first point of contact for visitors and employees, you will ensure seamless front‐desk operations while providing solid administrative and coordination support across the office.

nFront Desk & Visitor Management

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth N
- Manage visitor check‐in/check‐out in line with security protocols N
- Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and mail N
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area N
- Remain composed and professional during high‐traffic hours N

nOffice Administration & Coordination

- Conduct daily office rounds and coordinate with housekeeping N
- Schedule and coordinatemeetings and meeting room readiness N
- Perform data entry, record management,



and document preparation N
- Coordinate with vendorsfor office maintenance, supplies, and services N
- Monitor and reorder office stationery, magazines, and inventory N

nFinancial & Inventory Management

- Manage petty cashwith 100% accuracy and prepare monthly reconciliation reports N
- Conduct weekly inventory checks and raise purchase requests N

nHR & Employee Engagement Support

- n
- Maintain employeebirthday data and share weekly announcements N
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for HR N
- Print recognition certificates (Employee of the Month, Team Awards, Leadership Awards) N

nNew Joiner & EventSupport

- Support new hireswith greetings, induction coordination, and kit handover N
- Assist with office events, including setup, AV coordination, refreshments, and décor N
