N Shift: 24x7 Support (Primarily US EST/PST Night Shifts)

NWhat We're Looking For:
N✔️ 2+ years of experiencein Technical Support / Product Support / Software Support (SaaS preferred)
N✔️ Experience supporting customer-facing applications
N✔️ Hands-on experience with:

- SSO & Access Management N
- SaaS & Cloud Computing N
- FTP & SMTPn
- HTML N

n✔️ Experience withticketing/CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
N✔️ Solid troubleshootingand analytical skills
N✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication
N✔️ Willingness to work inUS night shifts
