NWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee multiple branches within Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a team of 8–10 members, ensuring business growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across all assigned branches.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches within the assigned city. N
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 members, driving performance and accountability. N
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational processes. N
- Monitor branch performance through KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies. N
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability across branches. N




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality and retention. N
- Coordinate with senior management to align branch operations with organizational goals. N
- Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively. N
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and team development initiatives. N

- Proven experience managing multiple branches or business units within a city. N
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate 8–10 members. N

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and drive consistent results. N
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management or related field preferred. N
