NRole Overview:-
NWe are looking for a results-oriented Manager – Sales (Admissions) to lead a team of Admissions Counsellors and drive enrolments across NST's undergraduate programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales leadership, thrives in a high-growth environment, and has a strong track record of managing teams, improving conversions, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
NKey Responsibilities:-
NSales & Revenue
n*Own admissions and revenue targets for the assigned team.
N* Drive end-to-end conversion across the admissions funnel—from enquiry to enrolment.
N* Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates through structured sales processes.




N* Monitor pipeline healthand proactively identify opportunities to improve conversions.
NTeam Leadership
n*Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Admissions Counsellors to consistently achieve targets.
N* Conduct regular coaching, call audits, role plays, and performance reviews.
N* Track individual productivity and implement action plans to improve performance.
N* Support hiring, onboarding, and training of recent team members.
NPerformance Management
N* Define and monitor key sales KPIs including conversions, revenue, productivity, and response time.
N* Conduct daily huddles and weekly business reviews to drive accountability.
N* Ensure CRM hygiene and adherence to admissions SOPs.
NStudent Experience
n* Ensure every prospective student receives a professional, consultative, and personalized counselling experience.
N* Resolve escalations andsupport counsellors in handlin
