NDAZOR Construction & Interiors is expanding its Sales & Business Development team and is looking for a motivated, target-oriented and commercially driven professional to help us grow our residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

What You'll Do N - Drive business development and revenue growth for interior & construction projects
N - Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, referrals, networking, cold calling and B2B channels




N - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
N - Acquire new domestic and international clients
N - Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and site visits
N - Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, procurement and execution teams
N - Present BOQs, quotations, drawings, material specifications and project scopes
N - Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, timelines and payment milestones
N - Maintain CRM records and sales reports
N - Achieve assigned sales,collection and revenue targets
What We're Looking For N2–5 years of experience in Interior / Construction / Architecture / Real Estate / B2B Sales
NStrong client acquisitionand closing skills
NExcellent communication and presentation skills
NGood understanding of interior & construction materials and execution processes
NAbility to understand BOQs, drawings, quotations and project scopes
