nLuxury Watch Works is an independent, modern workshop with state-of-the-art infrastructure and globally trained specialists who repair, service and restore luxury watches across leading international brands as well as noteworthy vintage timepieces. Based in Mumbai, the company offers authentic, international-standard after-sales service for watch collectors and connoisseurs across India.
NKey Responsibilities
n1. Generate new leads and acquire customers for Hour Circle – Product
N2. Lifecycle Management Program (www.Hourcirclecom), a solution for safeguarding luxury timepieces.
N3. Sell luxury watch accessories such as straps, winders, and related products.
N4. Promote the Virtual Vault Report, a proprietary digital certification for luxury watch authenticity.
N5. Support customers withafter-sales service consultations and quotations (B2C).
N6. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.




N7. Identify current business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
N8. Effectively communicate new products and service offerings to prospective customers.
N9. Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with leads.
NRequirements
n1. 1–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
N2. Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is an advantage).
N3. Good working knowledgeof MS Excel and MS Word.
N4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
N5. Self-motivated with a customer-first approach.
N6. Prior exposure to luxury watches, luxury retail, premium lifestyle brands, jewellery, or high-value products, financial instruments - PMS or insurance, will be an added advantage.
