NAbout the Role
nWe're looking for an Instructional Designer (Early Career) who is ready to build robust, hands-on expertise in eLearning development. In this role, you'll work within established frameworks and collaborate closely with Senior Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Architects to create engaging, well-structured learning experiences.
NThis is a structured, growth-focused role designed to help you develop core skills in authoring tools, content development, and instructional design. You'll contribute to real client work while building the foundation needed to grow into more independent design roles.
NWhat You'll Do
nBuild eLearning Modules

- n
- Develop eLearningmodules using Articulate Storyline or Rise with guidance from senior team members N
- Apply interactivity, multimedia elements, and assessments aligned to defined learning objectives N




- Ensure SCORM complianceand cross-platform functionality N
- Follow templates, design systems, and style guides to maintain consistency N
- Conduct self-reviews and basic quality checks before submission N

nCreate Learning Content & Storyboards

- Translate source materials and SME inputs into structured, easy-to-follow learning content N
- Support the developmentof storyboards, scripts, and scenario-based learning N
- Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately to improve quality N

nUse Technology & Maintain Quality

- Use Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to support content drafting and iteration N
- Follow established QA processes and checklists to ensure accuracy and functionality N
- Adhere to defined workflows and timelines N
- Proactively flag risks,gaps, or issues to senior team members N
