NWe're looking for a Growth Manager who can help us take this business to the next level by bringing in the right brands, building strong relationships and converting opportunities into long-term mandates.
The Role NAs Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business for Tipple Works — identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, pitching our capabilities and converting prospects into clients.
NThis is a highly relationship-driven role.



We're looking for someone who already understands the agency ecosystem and/or brand marketing landscape, has a strong network and is confident initiating and nurturing conversations with senior stakeholders.
NYou will work closely with the founders and leadership team to identify high-value opportunities and build a healthy new-business pipeline.

- Leverage your existing network of brands, marketing teams, founders and agencies to generate qualified leads. N
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. N
- Reach out to prospective brands and agencies through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and industry relationships. N
- Understand client business challenges and identify opportunities where Tipple Works can add value.
