NRole Overview
nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter – Consultant for a 3-month consulting engagement. The role will involve developing engaging, social-first written content across platforms, translating briefs into compelling copy, and ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and communication objectives.
NThe ideal candidate should have a solid social-first mindset, be comfortable building and maintaining a content bank, and have a strong understanding of digital and social media communication.

- Decode briefs to understand brand requirements, audience, and communication objectives. N
- Develop social-first copy and content ideas across relevant digital platforms. N
- Build and maintain a strong, relevant content bank for ongoing communication requirements. N
- Maintain consistency inbrand voice, tone, and messaging. N
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across formats including social media, ads,



websites, blogs, and scripts. N
- Review, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone. N
- Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research to support content creation. N
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital communication best practices. N
- Manage timelines and ensure adherence to internal TATs and SOPs. N

- Strong command of Bengali is mandatory. N
- 0–1.5 years of experience in copywriting/content creation. N
