NPosition Overview:
NThe Pricing Leader will develop and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing decisions aligned with business objectives.

- Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with company goals. N




- Lead a team of pricing professionals for continuous improvement. N
- Conduct market researchand competitive analysis. N
- Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams. N
- Drive customer negotiations and optimize pricing agreements. N
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance to maximize profitability. N
- Maintain pricing models, tools, and systems. N
- Provide leadership on pricing best practices and industry trends. N

nQualifications

- N
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. N
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership. N
- Experience in IT/ITES industry, especially in pricing leadership roles. N
- Proven track record in customer negotiations and pricing strategies. N
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. N
- Excellent leadership and communication skills. N
- Experience with pricingtools and software is preferred. N
