We will count on you to:

- Ability to support a close relationship with the consultants that requires a clear understanding of their requirements in the context of the invoice instructions
- Basic understanding of billing codes and business documents like Clients SOWs/Engagement Letters
- Liaise with other teams within UK Invoicing to resolve invoicing queries raised by the consultants
- Work on different projects related to invoicing and billing codes supporting other regions
- Drive initiatives to bring in efficiencies in the current process through automation and ability to utilize and work on all available tools like M365

What you need to have:

- Graduate in any stream
- 2.5years of experience Order management / Order Entry in any large qualified organization




- Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, self-starter
- Excellent analytical skills and high focus on accuracy
