We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Unified Communications with a strong technical background in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco ISR (Voice Gateways), and Oracle SBC. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing large-scale IT projects, global voice carrier integrations, and ITIL processes within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Unified Communications (UC) projects, ensuring smooth integration and implementation.
- Oversee the design and deployment of Cisco UC technologies, SIP PSTN services, and voice gateways.
- Collaborate with global/regional voice carriers for seamless service delivery.
- Manage IT projects using industry best practices and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, and Problem Management).
- Work with cross-functional teams, including network, security, and media recording teams, to optimize UC solutions.
- Drive audit, risk,



and compliance initiatives related to IT and UC infrastructure.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with business goals.

Technical Requirements:

- Strong expertise in Cisco UC (CUCM, ISR Voice Gateways), Oracle SBC, and SIP PSTN services.
- Experience with network security, firewalls, and media recording technologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM platform (preferred).
- ITIL certification or extensive experience in ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
