Role Overview:

- Position: International Semi-Voice Customer Support
- Communication: Engage with customers via chat to provide product/service support and resolve queries.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with existing and prospective customers to gather information.
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning.
- Resolve queries related to products and services in a chat-based setting.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in chat-based customer support is a plus, but freshers are welcome!
- Open to PUC/Diploma/Undergraduate/Graduate candidates.
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts and rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary Range: INR 50,000 – 3 LPA + Incentives
- Two-way free cab facility to and from the office.
- Medical insurance for self and dependents.
- 5-day working week with 2 days rotational offs.
- Permanent night shifts/Rotation night shift.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years),



Undergraduates, Graduates (any stream), BE/B.Tech.
- Freshers and candidates with prior BPO or non-BPO experience can apply.
- Notice Period: 0-15 days or immediate joiners preferred.
