Role: International Customer Support (Voice/Blended)

Location: Bengaluru, Kadubeesanahalli

Shift: Rotational and Night Shifts (US/Australian) – Work from Office Only

What You'll Do:

As an International Customer Support Executive, you will:

- Handle customer calls from different countries, including the US and Australia.
- Provide product, technical, and service support through calls and chat.
- Address servicing questions to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to resolve customer queries.
- Ability to work in rotational and night shifts (US time zones).
