Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sr GM AVP Marketing for a leading Premium Apparel Manufacturing Company in Bangalore The role will be responsible for driving and managing a business portfolio of approximately USD 50 million annually with a strong focus on premium and luxury international fashion brands The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in handling Woven apparel particularly Tops and Bottoms and a proven track record of managing business with leading USA UK and European premium luxury brands Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the marketing and business development function for the apparel manufacturing business Own and grow a business portfolio of approximately USD 50 million per annum Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and luxury USA UK and European fashion brands Identify new business opportunities customers markets and product categories to drive sustainable growth Manage the complete business development cycle from customer acquisition and initial discussions through order conversion and longterm account management Develop strong understanding of customer requirements market trends pricing product development and competitive positioning Work closely with merchandising product development sourcing production quality and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of customer programs Drive customer presentations business reviews negotiations costing discussions and commercial closures Develop and execute effective marketing strategies planning and gotomarket initiatives aligned with business objectives Monitor market trends and evolving consumer preferences across premium and luxury apparel markets Strengthen existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion and crossselling Ensure achievement of revenue margin customer satisfaction and business growth targets Lead and mentor the marketing business development team and drive a performanceoriented culture Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior management Required Skills Experience 2330 years of overall experience with flexibility for exceptional candidates Proven experience in Marketing Business Development or Customer Management within the apparel manufacturing industry Strong experience handling Woven Apparel Tops Bottoms is mandatory Proven experience managing premium luxury apparel business for USA UK and European brands Experience handling a business portfolio of USD 50 million or more will be highly preferred Strong understanding of the international premium and luxury fashion ecosystem Proven track record of acquiring current customers and growing existing strategic accounts Strong expertise in Marketing Management Marketing Strategy and Marketing Planning
