We are looking for an experienced and organized Catering Operations Manager to oversee the complete catering operations ensuring smooth execution of events and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and manage daytoday catering operations and events Supervise catering staff chefs service teams and event support personnel Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements menus guest counts and service expectations Ensure timely food preparation transportation setup service and event closure Manage manpower planning and staff allocation according to event requirements Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for food beverages equipment and other event requirements Monitor food quality hygiene safety portion control and presentation Control operational costs minimize food wastage and manage inventory Handle client feedback complaints and lastminute operational requirements Prepare event schedules operational checklists and postevent reports Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety hygiene and company standards Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover from booking to event execution Requirements Education Degree Diploma in Hotel Management Hospitality Management Catering Technology or a related field Experience 37 years Relevant experience in Catering Operations Banquet Operations Hotel Operations or Event Management preferred Strong knowledge of food service and event operations Excellent team management and clienthandling skills Positive communication coordination and problemsolving abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously Willingness to work flexible hours weekends and holidays Key Skills Catering Operations Event Banquet Management Team Leadership Client Relationship Management Food Service Operations Vendor Management Inventory Cost Control Food Safety Hygiene Event Planning Execution Staff Scheduling Problem Solving Communication Coordination Compensation 30 000 00 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
