Role Overview As a Regional Sales Manager for the Personal Health division at Philips your main responsibility will be to sell the assigned portfolio of products within the designated geographic territory You will be negotiating with clients and managing product sales through a Distributionled traditional trade setup Your role will involve achieving revenue growth expectations within your territory meeting monthly quarterly annual selling targets and developing and executing territory business plans to drive product usage and brand recommendation Additionally you will collaborate with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage and select the right promotional tactics to maximize sales Key Responsibilities Achieve established revenue growth expectations within the assigned territory Meet and exceed monthly quarterly annual selling targets in the area Develop and execute territory business plans to drive product usage and brand recommendation Partner with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage Focus on optimized product mix to push sales and volume Ensure orders are collected and turnover targets are reached Develop consultative sales partnerships with customers Sell according to agreed prices and commercial policy Monitor customer stock situation and manage out of stock situations effectively Demonstrate the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and behaviors daily Qualifications Required MBA degree and 8 years of related experience Proven sales experience with a track record of overachieving quota Experience working with Distributionled sales setup Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management Computer use competency Robust communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Note The job description does not include any additional details about the company
