JD Logistics Manager Job Title Logistics Manager Company Energy Beverages Pvt Ltd CLEAR Water Position Overview The Logistics Manager will be responsible for executing and overseeing daytoday logistics operations across the packaged drinking water distribution chain This role involves managing transportation warehousing route planning and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and costeffective delivery The ideal candidate should have handson experience in FMCG beverage industry strong operational knowledge and excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth flow of goods from plant to market Key Responsibilities Logistics Operations Management Manage endtoend logistics operations including dispatch planning vehicle allocation and delivery tracking Ensure timely movement of stock from plants to distributors retail points while maintaining cost efficiency Coordinate closely with sales and production teams for demand alignment and dispatch scheduling Distribution Route Execution Monitor daily secondary and tertiary distribution across regions Execute route plans and optimize delivery schedules to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency Manage the daily performance of transporters and ensure adherence to delivery SLAs Warehouse Coordination Inventory Movement Oversee inventory movement and stock reconciliation between plants warehouses and market locations Ensure adherence to warehousing standards including FIFO cleanliness safety and space utilization Monitor warehouse dispatches and resolve any discrepancies or delays Vendor Transporter Management Coordinate with logistics vendors transporters and 3PL partners to ensure service reliability Assist in evaluating vendor performance and resolving operational issues Ensure documentation billing and claims are processed on time with accuracy Process Compliance Reporting Maintain records of dispatches delays freight costs and delivery performance Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements for logistics operations Prepare regular MIS reports on logistics performance and stock movement Technology System Usage Utilize logistics systems for shipment tracking delivery scheduling and reporting Ensure GPS route management and tracking tools are used effectively across operations Qualifications Skills Education Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain or relevant field Experience 57 years in logistics or supply chain preferably in the FMCG beverage industry Skills o Strong knowledge of transportation and warehousing operations o Ability to manage field logistics and coordinate multiple stakeholders o Experience in route planning and vendor coordination o Proficient in MS Excel ERP systems and logistics software o Positive analytical and communication skills Other Requirements o Willingness to travel to plants warehouses and distributor locations o Ability to work in a dynamic and highpressure environment Key Performance Indicators KPIs Ontime delivery rates and trip efficiencyFreight cost control and per case delivery costInventory accuracy and stock reconciliationTransporter turnaround time and adherence to schedulesWarehouse dispatch accuracy and stock handling lossesCompliance with SOPs and reduction in logistics deviationsPay 600 000 00 800 000 00 per year Benefits Provident FundWork Location In person
