We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Interior Designer in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Our client, Tint Tone and Shade, is seeking skilled, motivated professionals with a solid interest in creating functional and visually appealing interior spaces. Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative interior design concepts based on project requirements and client preferences.

- Prepare space plans, layouts, mood boards, colour schemes, and material selections.

- Produce detailed 2D drawings, elevations, and design documentation using relevant design software.

- Create 3D visualizations and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams throughout project execution.

- Select suitable finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, fabrics, and accessories for each project.

- Conduct site visits to verify measurements, monitor implementation, and resolve design-related issues.

- Ensure completed interiors meet approved design intent, functionality, quality, and project specifications.

Required Skills

1. Interior Design & Space Planning — Ability to translate functional requirements into effective and visually balanced layouts.

2. AutoCAD / Technical Drafting — Ability to prepare accurate plans, elevations, sections,



and working drawings.

3. 3D Visualization — Ability to develop realistic design presentations using relevant modelling/rendering software.

4. Material & Finish Selection — Knowledge of interior finishes, furnishings, colours, lighting, and materials.

5. Design Documentation & Coordination — Ability to prepare clear drawings and coordinate execution with vendors and site teams.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar visualization tools.

- Familiarity with current interior design trends, materials, furniture, and lighting solutions.

- Experience coordinating residential or commercial interior projects from concept through execution.

Work Experience Requirements

The job requirement provided does not specify an experience range. Typical requirement: approximately 1–5 years of relevant interior design experience, depending on project complexity and responsibility level. Experience in an interior design studio, architectural practice, turnkey interiors company, or similar project-based environment is typically preferred.

Education

- Minimum: Typical — Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design / Architecture

- Additional: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization, or BIM-related certification is beneficial
