nWe are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional with 10+ years of experience to drive recent business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with CRM and sales processes, and exposure to Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
NKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach. N
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and bulk mailing campaigns to prospective clients. N
- Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers. N
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, opportunity potential, and sales criteria. N
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further engagement. N
- Own the sales process end-to-end,



from prospect identification through opportunity development and closure. N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. N
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and opportunity information in CRM systems. N
- Support marketing campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, and targeted outreach programs. N
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective follow-up and conversion of qualified leads. N
- Consistently contributetoward achieving business development and revenue targets. N
