NRole Overview
nTheAssistant Manager will support the Corporate Finance team in managing banking transactions, financial analysis, MIS reporting, documentation, and coordination with banks and clients. This role involves active participation in working capital management, loan processing, banking compliance, treasury activities, and day-to-day client-bank communication.
NKey Responsibilities
n1. Banking & Finance Coordination

- Coordinate with banks for working capital, term loans, Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), and other facilities. N
- Maintain bank-wise details of sanctioned limits, outstanding balances, utilization, and availability. N
- Follow up with banks for sanction letters, disbursements, renewals, documentation, and pending requirements. N
- Assist in preparing andsharing funding requirements with banking partners. N

Financial Analysis & CMA

- Assist in the preparation of Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data, financial projections, and detailed project reports. N
- Analyze financial statements, including P&L;, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. N
- Prepare financial information, ratio analysis, and responses to bank queries. N

n3. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and sharedaily funding summaries based on client data. N
- Maintain bank-wise funding and utilization statements, including ROI details. N
- Keep accurate records of client financial schedules, including renewal dates, stock audit dates, and key banking milestones. N

n4. Documentation &Compliance;

- Coordinate with clients and banks for the execution and completion of loan and security documentation. N
