- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the Retail, Warehouse, and Banking project sectors. N
- Develop and implement acomprehensive sales plan for projects, outlining short and long-term strategies for successful business development. N
- Lead the execution of sales strategies and oversee project accounts to meet and surpass financial targets. N
- Engage directly with end customers to understand their requirements, build trust,



and position the company as a preferred partner for Retail, Warehouse, and Banking projects. N
- Manage the sales funnelend-to-end — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure — ensuring healthy pipeline visibility at every stage. N
- Track and analyze funnel conversion rates to identify bottlenecks and improve win rates across project opportunities. N
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. N
- Provide regular updateson project progress and sales forecasts to the leadership team. N
- Foster robust relationships with clients in the Retail, Warehouse, and Banking sectors through effective communication and collaboration. N
