NWe are looking for a Finance Costing Manager with robust hands-on experience in product costing, manufacturing costing, cost analysis and profitability to support critical business and management decisions.
NKey Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end product & manufacturing costing for existing and new products. N
- Develop and maintain standard costing systems and cost structures. N
- Analyze RM, labour, overhead, conversion and manufacturing costs. N
- Review BOMs, routings and cost centres for costing accuracy. N
- Conduct Actual vs Standard and detailed cost variance analysis. N
- Identify cost leakages,cost-reduction opportunities and productivity gaps. N
- Conduct product/SKU-wise profitability, gross margin and contribution analysis. N
- Support pricing decisions, new product evaluation and business cases through cost models. N
- Lead/coordinate budgeting,



forecasting and plant/product-wise financial planning. N
- Prepare monthly costingMIS, plant performance and profitability reports for management. N
- Work closely with Finance, Plant, Production, Procurement, SCM, Sales, R&D; and Senior Management. N
- Partner with ERP/IT teams for costing process improvement, master-data accuracy and reporting automation. N

nLooking For
n5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance / Costing
NManufacturing industry experience
NStrong hands-on experience in Product Costing, Standard Costing & Manufacturing Costing
NStrong understanding of BOM, RM, WIP, FG, overhead absorption & cost variances
NExperience in Budgeting, Forecasting & Profitability Analysis
NStrong Advanced Excel & SAP/ERP skills;
SAP Costing preferred
NCA / CMA / ICWA preferred
NStrong analytical, business partnering and management presentation skills
