nJust Homestay is a growing vacation rental and homestay booking company offering premium villas, homestays and holiday homes across popular destinations in India.
NWe are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, recommend suitable properties and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities N

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls. N
- Understand customer requirements such as destination, dates, guests, bedrooms and budget. N
- Recommend suitable villas and homestays. N
- Handle customer questions, objections and negotiations. N
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into bookings. N
- Coordinate with property owners and the internal team for availability and booking details. N
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM. N




- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirementsn

- n
- 1–3 yearsof sales experience. N
- Experience in travel, hospitality, hotel, villa/homestay, real estate or inside sales is preferred. N
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English. N
- Confident in phone and WhatsApp communication. N
- Robust convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills. N
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work with sales targets. N
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge. N
- Own laptop or access to a laptop for work. N
- Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends/holidays when required.
