NThe role involves leadingthe sales team, developing channel partnerships, generating revenue, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. N
- Lead, mentor, motivate,and monitor the performance of the sales team. N
- Recruit, train, and coach sales executives to improve productivity. N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants. N




- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. N
- Conduct property presentations, customer meetings, site visits, and sales negotiations. N
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure. N
- Monitor sales funnel, bookings, collections, conversions, and customer follow-ups. N
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. N
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports. N
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities. N
- Ensure timely documentation, payment collections, and project sales closures. N
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction. N
