About the Role
nWe are seeking a Tax Deputy Manager to join the 1120 Corporate Tax practice in Mumbai, Ahmedabad ,Hyderabad ,Bangalore location. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.
nResponsibilities

- n
- Delivering a full range of 1120 Corporate tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.n
- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.n
- Providing tax planning and reviewing tax returns.n
- Review and managing of the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law.n
- Excellent prospect to learn complex tax issues affecting US and Global Companies.n

nQualifications

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.n
- 3+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent shall be an added advantage.n
- Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts.n
- Experience working with financial services clients.n
