Job Description Role Overview : The Creative & Production Director will integrate design, video, motion, UI/UX, and content production into one high-performance creative pod at TantraEdu in Pune. This role owns creative quality, brand consistency, AI-assisted production, and scalable review systems while reducing turnaround times, revision cycles, and single-person execution dependencies.

- Integrated Creative & Brand Direction : Lead design, video, UI/UX, and copy units to ensure high-impact visual storytelling, brand consistency, and top-tier campaign executions. N
- Content & Editorial Quality Standards : Establish editorial frameworks, tone-of-voice rules, and messaging guidelines so content and visual design function as one cohesive output. N
- Creative Operations & Review Gates : Enforce mandatory brief intakes, structured internal review gates, turnaround-time standards, and escalation protocols to eliminate delivery bottlenecks. N
- Capacity & Resource Management : Allocate creative resources efficiently, balance team workloads,



delegate routine tasks to junior staff, and de-risk individual key-person dependencies. N
- Templates & Digital Asset Management : Build standardized design/video templates and maintain a centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) system with version control. N
- AI-Assisted Production Adoption : Institutionalize proprietary AI workflows across image generation, resizing, video editing, storyboarding, content ideation, and automated creative variations. N
- People Leadership & Upskilling : Coach creative leads, conduct capability reviews, support HR on performance plans, and foster a culture of ownership and cross-training. N
- Cross-Functional & Commercial Growth : Partner with Growth, PR, and Digital teams to support pitch proposals, performance-led creative optimization, and productized service packages. N
