Job DescriptionJob Purpose:
NProduce High-Quality Products with Proper welding, Painting & PDI quality systems, through implementation of positive build in quality & Inspection system.
NPrincipal Accountabilities:
NEstablish and Implement QA plans

- n
- Establish qualityassurance plans / check sheets along with design & development to ensure that all quality parameters are along with field & process quality. N
- Co-ordinate with production manager on the quality requirements / check sheets / critical parameters for all production items N
- Responsible for scheduling of all quality control personnel to ensure smooth work flow and as per production targets N
- Support production manager in permanently resolving – recurring issues through development of check sheets / checking templates / poka –yokes N

nAnalytics and Reporting on Quality

- Analyze & approveCAPA report and take appropriate countermeasures to mitigate repetitions N
- Responsible for implementation of all CAPA reports across the organization including horizontal deployment N




- Responsible for weldingdocuments preparation like WPS, PQR, WPQ, Welder Continuity records, welder training records etc. N

nPeople Management and Development

- n
- Train all zone QCon proper method to use check sheets and ensure that the same is followed in production without any miss N
- Co-ordinate with customer quality manager on customer requirements and all other aspects N
- Training to all welders– on weld quality through welding engineers N
- Train and develop all zone QC and zone leaders on welding quality N
