NEducation: MBA /Graduate/ Hotel Management or equivalent.

nRESPONSIBLEFOR:

- n
- Have clear understanding of the hotels business strategies;
then set goals and determine action plans to meet goals. N
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales. N
- Responsible for contracting with Corporate, MICEs and Travel Agent for the hotel & restaurant sales. N
- Conduct daily sales calls, establish communication, and develop professional long term business relationships with customers/ clients. N
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customers at all time. N
- Participate in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire recent business and/or close on business. N




- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc. N
- Participate in key industry events that bring national and local exposure. N
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels. N
- Coordinate & communicate with sales and other operating departments of the hotel to assure awareness of booking and sales programs. N
- Preparing daily/ monthly sales report, other reports as required by the Management. N
- Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management. N

- Excellent communication skills – oral and written N
- Excellent networking, negotiation and presentation skills required. N
- Must be a skilled leader, have strong organizational skills, and have thorough knowledge and understanding of hotel operations & south Delhi market is must. N
