- Ensure optimal staffing, financial planning, and efficient utilization of school resources and funds N
- Exercise expenditure authority within approved financial limits N
- Provide academic leadership through curriculum implementation, instructional excellence, and teacher development N
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and learning outcomes N
- Serve as the Ex-officioSecretary of the School Managing Committee N
- Monitor student assessments, notebooks, homework, and academic performance to ensure quality standards N
- Implement effective systems for timely evaluation, feedback, and corrective actions N
- Foster a protected, inclusive, and student-centric culture that promotes wellbeing, discipline, and academic excellence N
- Ensure compliance with academic, operational, administrative, and statutory policies and regulations N
- Maintain school accounts, records, registers,

- Collaborate with Corporate Headquarters to implement strategic initiatives, policies, and centralized functions N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, the community, and regulatory authorities N
- Handle official correspondence and ensure timely submission of statutory reports and returns N
- Effectively manage school infrastructure, transport, health services, equipment, and other operational resources N
- Ensure proper maintenance of school assets and stock registers N
- Lead recruitment, induction, training, performance management, and retention of teaching and non-teaching staff N
- Monitor staff performance and promote continuous professional development N
- Lead school inspections, audits, accreditation, and compliance activities N
- Organize regular parent-teacher interactions and communicate
