NKey Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive the national business strategy for the assigned therapeutic segment/division. N
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives. N
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales leadership teams across regions and zones. N
- Drive field force effectiveness, productivity, and capability development initiatives. N
- Monitor business performance through regular reviews and strategic interventions. N




- Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure successful execution of business plans. N
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen market leadership. N
- Ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing initiatives across the country. N
- Develop succession pipelines and strengthen organisational capability through talent development. N

nDesired candidate profile:

- Minimum 4–5 yearsof experience in Fourth Line Sales/Pan India sales Leadership roles. N
- Mandatory experience inthe respective/vacant therapy segment. N
- Demonstrated success inmanaging large national or multi-regional businesses. N
- Proven track record of consistently delivering and exceeding business objectives. N
