NKey Responsibilities

- N
- Build and manage a high-value B2B professional and industry community across manufacturing, technology, engineering, automation, electronics, and related sectors. N
- Develop strong relationships with CXOs, founders, business heads, marketing leaders, procurement heads, and industry experts. N
- Identify and onboard relevant companies, industry professionals, speakers, sponsors, partners, and influencers into the community. N
- Drive community engagement, participation, retention, and growth through networking programs, roundtables, conferences, webinars, workshops, and industry events. N
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations, and co-marketing initiatives. N
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Business Development teams to generate qualified leads and business opportunities from the community. N
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential members, partners, sponsors, and enterprise accounts. N
- Plan and execute CXO roundtables,



leadership forums, networking meets, industry discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. N

nRequired Skills & Experience

- n
- 7+ years of experience in B2B community management, business development, enterprise sales, sponsorship sales, events, partnerships, or industry engagement. N
- Strong experience in B2B and enterprise environments. N
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with CXO and senior-level stakeholders. N
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, engineering, automation, electronics, technology, media, events, or related industries will be preferred. N
- Solid understanding ofcommunity building, networking, partnerships, and stakeholder management. N
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. N
- Strong networking skills and an established industry ecosystem would be an advantage. N
