- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels. N
- Identify and research potential B2B prospects and decision-makers. N
- Generate and qualify leads based on defined target customer profiles. N
- Engage with prospects and understand their business requirements. N
- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the Business Development / Sales team. N
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM. N
- Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple communication channels. N
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets. N
- Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers. N
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates. N
- Stay updated on sales techniques, prospecting methods, and international business trends N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. N
- Solid confidence and willingness to speak with international prospects. N




- Good interpersonal and convincing skills. N
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn. N
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales. N
- Good research and analytical skills. N
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email communication, and MS Office/Google Workspace. N
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team. N
