NThe Chance We are looking for a sharp, discreet, and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role the person who will act as a trusted extension of the MD, staying attuned to priorities while managing schedules, communications, confidential information, and cross-functional coordination with speed and precision.

NKey Responsibilities

- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule with zero-error precision N




- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, investors, clients, and external stakeholders N
- Handle highly confidential business, financial, and strategic information with absolute discretion N
- Draft, review, and proofread emails, presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the MD N
- Track action items frommeetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure N
- Coordinate with department heads to gather updates, MIS reports, and briefing materials for the MD N
- Prioritize and filter incoming requests, emails, and calls flagging what's urgent vs. what can wait N
- Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, investor meetings, and leadership reviews N
- Manage travel logistics, visas, itineraries, and expense reporting N
- Anticipate the MD's needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate N
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation syst
