NWe are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for a leading OTC healthcare brand Soframycin with Encube Ethicals.
NLocation: Mumbai Central and Western Mumbai
NCTC: Open for discussion
NTeam Handling: atleast 3 years of team handling experience
NExperience: 8+ years in Pharma OTC / FMCG / Generic Pharma Sales with minimum 3 years of team management experience
NKey Requirements:
NStrong experience in OTC,Generic Pharma, FMCG Pharma, or Channel Sales
NProven track record in handling distributors, semi-wholesalers, and retail channels
NExperience in leading anddeveloping field sales teams
NGood understanding of primary & secondary sales, schemes, margins, and channel management




NStrong market knowledge of the assigned geography
NKey Responsibilities:

- Drive primary and secondary sales growth across the territory

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 sales professionals

- Manage distributor and retailer relationships
N
- Execute marketing campaigns and ensure market visibility
N
- Monitor team performance, forecasting, and business planning
