NKey Responsibilities:

- Support the lead teacher in executing lesson plans and managing the classroom N
- Provide individual or small group academic support to students when needed N
- Help with classroom routines, organization, displays, and student materials N
- Assist with co-curricular activities, events, and field trips N
- Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe, positive classroom setting N




- Maintain documentation and student records as guided by the lead teacher N
- Substitute for the leadteacher when required, under guidance N

nQualifications & Skills:

- n
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. or Diploma in Education is a plus) N
- At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) N
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting preferred N
- Good communication and interpersonal skills N
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team N
- Basic digital literacy for classroom support N
