Job DescriptionHomeSlice is growing, and we're looking for a high-energy, street-smart B2B sales professional who knows how to turn conversations into corporate accounts — and corporate accounts into consistent room nights.
NWhat You'll Own
n*Build a strong pipeline of corporate accommodation leads across Bengaluru
N* Reach out to HR teams, Admin Heads, Travel Desks, Procurement teams, EAs and Founders
N* Bring HomeSlice onto corporate accommodation panels and preferred hotel lists
N* Generate business from IT companies, hospitals, consulting firms, startups, relocation companies and corporate travel partners
N* Conduct regular corporate visits, meetings and property presentations
N* Negotiate corporate rates, long-stay deals and bulk room requirements
N* Close new accounts and actively grow existing accounts
N* Generate business across the entire HomeSlice portfolio, not just one property
N* Maintain a clean CRM/pipeline with leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and closures
N* Take transparent ownership ofmonthly B2B revenue targets
NWho We're Looking For




n2–6 years of B2B / Corporate Sales experience, ideally from:
NHotels
- Serviced Apartments
- Corporate Travel
- Hospitality
- Co-living
- Relocation
- MICE
NYou should have:
N* An existing network of corporate decision-makers in Bengaluru
N* Strong lead-generation and prospecting ability
N* Excellent communicationand presentation skills
N* Confidence to walk intoa company, get the right contact and open an account
N* Strong negotiation and closing skills
N* A target-driven, persistent and entrepreneurial approach
N* Ability to work independently and build a market from scratch
