- Executing activity of exhibit batches N
- Preparation of code list / BOM for exhibit batches N
- Check material availability for exhibit batches & maintaining the stock of same by communicating with purchase & raising PR. N
- Application of SAP codefor exhibit batches N
- Provide the costing & Freight Form for exhibit batches. N

- Fulfillment of Commercial products. N
- Preparation & revision of code list in DMS software. N




- Checking of artworks & preparation of packing material specification in DMS software & SAP. N
- Input & Updating of theNDC label information in SAP. N
- In an urgency as per product requirement online proofing shall be carried out for all printed packaging material. N

- Innovator Characterization, Container Suitability, Finalizing the packing material for stability charging. N
- Preparing & finalized dimensions for secondary and tertiary packing materials. N
- Initiation of final artwork proof for client submission & approval. N
- Send the final artwork file to the purchase department for proofing activity. N
- Send the approved shadecard to plant QC and purchase department. N
- For dossier filing product preparation of PM Specification and checking of Artwork. N
- By coordinating with TTG department plan & monitor exhibit batches activity. N
- Monitoring the Pre-exhibit batches packaging activity at R & D N
- Initiation of CCP document N
