NRole Description:
NBuild trusted relationships with dairy farmers and Dairy Kendras to grow sustainable sales. Visit farmers daily, provide nutrition guidance, solve field problems, conduct farmer meetings, support Kendra growth, and expand the territory. Success is measured by farmer trust, repeat business, Kendra success, and district sales growth.
