About the Role NWe are looking for a confident, fluent English-speaking and highly driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive who can convert qualified leads into appointments and sales opportunities.
NThis is not a random-datacalling role. The candidate will be provided with precise, relevant and structured lead dataand will be expected to proactively follow up, understand customer requirements, build relationships and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities N

- Make outbound calls to qualified and relevant leads provided by the company. N
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine sales opportunities. N
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls and WhatsApp. N
- Schedule site visits, consultations or meetings with potential clients. N
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status. N




- Work towards defined monthly calling, appointment and conversion targets. N
- Build a solid sales pipeline through disciplined follow-up. N
- Coordinate with the design and sales team to move qualified prospects forward. N
- Take ownership of leadsand ensure no genuine opportunity is missed. N

- Minimum 3 years of proven sales / telecalling experience. N
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills. N
- Strong confidence and persuasion abilities. N
- A go-getter attitude — someone who is comfortable making calls and does not hesitate to follow up repeatedly. N
- Self-motivated, disciplined and dedicated towards achieving targets. N
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Interior Design, EdTech, B2C Sales, or another target-driven sales environment is preferred. N
