It extends loans (debt) to enterprises across India that strive to have positive social, financial and/or environmental impact

nResponsibilities -

- n
- Secretarial & Corporate Governance: N
n Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings including preparation of agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and compliance checklists.
N Ensure timely e-filing of statutory forms and returns with ROC and RBI.
N Maintain statutory registers and records as per Companies Act, 2013 and RBI guidelines.
N Handle compliances related to issuance, transfer, and dematerialization of securities.
N Support in alteration ofcharter documents, appointment/reappointment of Directors/KMPs, and other event-based compliances.

- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: N
n Assist in drafting, reviewing,
and executing facility documents for credit facilities extended to borrowers and received from lenders.
N Ensure end-to-end execution of legal documentation using IT-enabled tools.
N Coordinate with regulators, auditors, legal counsel, RTAs, bankers, and service providers for compliance and governance matters.
N Conduct legal research and circulate legal/informatory notes to internal stakeholders.
N Support in legal audits and maintain secure custody of legal documents (physical and digital).

- RBI & NBFC Compliance: N
n Monitor and ensure compliance with RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
N Assist in preparation and submission of periodic reports and returns to RBI.
N Stay updated with changes in regulatory frameworks and advise management accordingly.
