- Degree: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) / Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution. N
- Clinical Expertise: Strong background in Allopathy Physiotherapy, modern musculoskeletal rehabilitation, posture realignment, and sports injury recovery. N
- Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of clinical experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in high-end wellness resorts, sports rehab clinics, or multi-specialty hospitals. N
- Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided). N

- Physical Assessments: Conduct thorough physical, biomechanical, and posture evaluations for high-net-worth Indian and international guests. N
- Rehabilitation Protocols: Design and administer customized physical therapy regimes, joint mobilization, pain management techniques, and recovery programs. N
- Integrative Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Ayurveda Physician and Wellness Team to blend modern Allopathic physical therapy with traditional wellness treatments. N
- Postural & Movement Guidance: Educate guests on ergonomic habits, spine health, and physical maintenance protocols during their retreat stay. N
