- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, medical associations, and related industries N
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients N
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and drive revenue growth through successful deal closures N
- Key Account Management: Manage and grow strategic client accounts, identify opportunities for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction N
- Business Planning & Reporting: Maintain sales forecasts,



monitor pipeline performance, prepare account plans, and provide regular business updates to management N
- Market Research & Business Insights: Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities N
