- Managing all complex underwriting quotes and/or proposals of that specific cargo segment N
- Handling reinsurance aspects of that segment N
- Create underwriting guidelines and information sheets for various cargos forms part of that segment N
- Innovation in underwriting approach to structure policy designing to suit the exact requirement of insured's and/or intermediaries. N
- Identifying niche pockets within the segment for potential and sustainable business growth N
- Monitoring claims and loss reserves of the segment and working in synergy with claims team for optimize loss reserves of that segment N
- Seamless working with marine risk management team for controlling and managing of losses for further improvement of bottom line N
- To lead interactions with internal stakeholders and partners for speedy resolutions of identified issues N
- Any projects, at product level or function level or at organizational level. N




- Create working cohesiveness with regional team for growth of the allocated segment. N
- Create risk register ofvarious cargo forming part of that segment. N
- Positive understanding of large risks underwriting N
